Our licensed massage therapist, Alex, has been in practice for over 15 years.  He is able to give the relaxing Swedish massage, but has the capacity for deep tissue massage when needed.  Massage therapy has benefits not only in pain relief, but is shown to increase range of motion which would definitely help on your golf swing or that backhand on the tennis courts.
